handle broke off during normal use

Because I already had several pieces I decided to buy the large suitcase on wheels. Within a year of purchae the handle broke off while pulling my luggage. Hartman said it wasn't covered. Now I have a worthless piece of luggage that weighs a ton empty and has to be carried to use - worthless. Even with a full set of Hartman I now use my cheap $100 lightweight luggage and can carry much more because it only weighs a couple of pounds and it's lasted far longer than my Hartman.

Handsome bag

This duffel gets all the attention when I travel by train. It's elegant, sturdy, and has more than enough room for a packing everything I need for a long weekend.
