This is by far the best hot chocolate out there. Yes, it is a bit pricey but it is worth every penny. It is delicious! Definitely use with milk -it taste like something you’d buy at a fancy chocolatier.

Arrived as a solid block, like a rock. Unusable. Will be requesting credit. Suppose to be a powder mix.

Rich & Decadent!
This is one of the best chocolate cocoa mixes I’ve ever tasted with full water content. I know it was supposed to be mixed with milk, however my milk supply was low. The Charbonnel chocolate drink is very decadent and has a rich smooth taste. I highly recommend this product. Enjoy!

Powder became a block!
It's supposed to be chocolate powder and the product I received is a big cholate block! Not sure how this product was stored in the warehouse and how old it is.

My favorite hot chocolate
I started buying Charbonnel et Walker when I lived in London. Have tried many others since but this is still my favorite. So happy to find it on the Bloomingdales site.
