Review is for the 10QT Model

I own the larger, 10 quart, model which is used for roasting turkey. The large model easily fits a 10-12lb turkey. The lid does NOT touch the top of the turkey thanks to the dome. I learned the old-fashioned way to roast a turkey covered for the initial baking, removing it for the last 60-90 minutes. In this style roaster, the turkey is always moist and browns beautifully. I suspect this smaller size would be great for chicken. I prefer brushed stainless steel, but found this polished cookware cleans up easily. Read the instructions for cleaning, it will last a lifetime.

Perfection at its BEST! All Clad did it again!

Just the casserole pan I needed to complete my ALL CLAD ensemble. Knowinf how well this now works. I shoyld have ordered it first!! For sautéing on top of the cooktop, or baking in the oven, this gorgeous pan does everything. Having a brand new Induction cooktop, i wanted to make sure this pan was perfect...and it is everything I need and more! This is a MUST for every kitchen.

Go-to pan

This is now my go-to pan for stir-frying veggies. The sides are tall enough that when you mix the veggies, they very seldom fall outside of the pan. Love this pan!

I LOVE THIS BRAISER!!

I have been an All Clad fan since I bought my first set in 1974-ish. Professional cooking to personal needs you cannot beat the quality. The braiser was a gift to myself.
