bloomingdales.com only ships to addresses in the United States, APO's, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. Some restrictions apply. Please check product pages where applicable for more details.

In Stock Merchandise
Usually is processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our fulfillment center) within 3 business days. bloomingdales.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout. All orders are subject to credit approval.

Jewelry
Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address.

Standard delivery
We deliver via UPS or a comparable delivery service. We use U.S. Postal Service for PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.

Note: Since the merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Shipping Surcharges
Based on their size and/or weight, certain items bear a Shipping Surcharge. Shipping Surcharges are shown on product pages before you place an item in your Shopping Bag and will be added into the total shipping costs for your order.

Shipping To Multiple Locations
When you ship items to multiple addresses, we will add $5.00 for each additional address. Orders including only electronic gift cards are not charged the additional fee.

Rush Delivery
Please Note: We are unable to provide express shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Premium Delivery - add $7.00 to Standard Shipping Costs. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. ET for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day.

Gift Boxes & Messages
Gift Boxes
Let us package your gifts in our exclusive gift boxes. A gift card with your personal message can accompany each gift, if you wish. One item per box: $6.00 (not available on all items). To order a gift box (and enter your message), simply click on "Add Gift Options" during checkout on the order summary page.

Gift Messages
You can also create a personalized gift message on the Shipping Information page during Check out whether you have selected a gift box or not. Your message will be delivered along with your shipment.


International Delivery

We cannot accept international orders at this time.

Return and Exchange Policy

For Electronic Gift Cards
To return an electronic gift card for a refund, the full value must remain on the gift card. Take your electronic gift card in to any Bloomingdale's store location with your receipt. The full amount will be credited to the buyers credit card. Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it

For Merchandise
For an exchange, refund or credit, please fill out the Merchandise Return form on the back of your invoice and include the reason for return. Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.

New In-Store Returns Policy: Online purchases can be returned at any Bloomingdale's store. Please take unused item(s) with price ticket(s), and invoice/receipt, to a register in the appropriate department. In-store exchanges are subject to store's availability. Your account will be credited immediately when making an in-store return.

Furniture Return Policy
We request that upon delivery our customers carefully examine each piece of their furniture and notify Bloomingdale's within 3 days if there is a problem. We will immediately schedule a technician to come to your home to rectify the problem. For preference reasons not Bloomingdale's fault, we will accept the return of your furniture within 3 days of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable; a pick-up fee, equal to the delivery fee, will be charged for preference returns.

Mattress Return Policy (30 Day Comfort Trial Guarantee)
Sleep on your new mattress for 30 days, and if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days to schedule a one-time reselection or return. Please note that a 10% (Up to Maximum of $250) fee will apply to all reselections and returns. Delivery fees are non-refundable; a pick-up fee, equal to the delivery fee, will be charged for preference returns. Sorry, no even exchanges of comfort are available.
