The Premiere Issue of Bloomingdale?s B Magazine Sizzles with Cover Girl Kim Cattra

Kim Cattrall graces the cover of B magazine's premiere issue, Bloomingdale's new quarterly fashion and lifestyle magazine for women. In an exclusive shoot and interview with B, the Sex and the City siren reveals what's coming up in the new year and shares her thoughts on everything from the bonds of sisterhood to balancing her alter-ego.

Looking every bit the soigne style icon, Cattrall also models pieces from the collections of Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren, Celine, Giorgio Armani and Tracy Reese. Cattrall tells B magazine: "I'm feeling really good now in my life. What I'm looking for is fulfillment and I'm not putting it off, I'm doing it now and that's part of celebrating."

The debut issue of B will feature 132 pages of brilliant style, including 35 arresting fashion pages. Specifically, B will delve into the trend for mixing high and low style; lavish corsetry-inspired eveningwear; ice cream-hued resort looks; and zinging street wear. B also explores why British designers are hot and cocktail dressing is all the rage for the season.

Readers will also find what's new in beauty, lifestyle, travel and pop culture. A quick glimpse reveals how metallic makeup shades lighten up the beauty realm; Italian housewares brighten up the home; pop culture and arts news enlighten the reader; must-have accessories; and B's style psychic makes predictions on your fashion future.

-- When Kal met Zac: In the first of a series of interviews, Bloomingdale's celebrated fashion director, Kal Ruttenstein, meets wunderkind Zac Posen. Posen spills forth on growing up in SoHo (where he sold lemonade on the street), his relationship with It Girls like Natalie Portman and Stella Schnabel, and his booming fashion business.

-- Candace Bushnell's cocktail party: In it the New York scribe, and the woman who put the Cosmo on the map, anoints a new cocktail: the Clementini. Bushnell and her husband, Charles Askegard, host a soiree at Soho House in New York's Meatpacking District.

-- Hot on the heels of The Lord of the Rings film trilogy and a hive of Hollywood activity, B explores why New Zealand has emerged as one the most fascinating destinations on the planet. Think spellbinding scenery, luxury lodgings and memorable food and wine.
